Terms and Conditions

1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order, you accept the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order.

3. Contract Conclusion By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Payment All prices are final prices in Euro. No additional customs or import charges apply within the EU.

5. Shipping & Delivery We ship exclusively within the European Union.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination:

6. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

No return of the product is required. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund the full purchase price within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Returns & Refunds Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt – you do not need to return the product. We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us again at arion.zeqiri007@icloud.com.

8. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the problem. We will take care of a quick solution – no return required.

9. Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

10. Exchange Direct exchanges are not possible. Contact us by email – we will refund the full purchase price without return. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

11. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

12. Warranty The statutory warranty rights of the European Union apply.

13. Liability We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

14. Data Protection Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction The law of the European Union applies. The place of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence.
